Shows as a text banner under the nav on every page of the public site. No dismiss or CTA button - it can't be closed by a visitor, and it disappears on its own once you delete it. When nothing is published, the site's banner renders nothing at all.

Pauses counting in every server and tells people why. Use it before risky changes.
Reason (optional)
When maintenance is active, all messages in counting channels are silently deleted across every server. The bot's Discord status changes to idle with Maintenance.
Size and contents of the database. Backups, cleanup and wipe tools are at the bottom.
Deletes counting history, fail records and dead streak rows older than the specified number of days. Bans are never touched.
Drops every bot-owned table and clears the in-memory server cache. The bot will recreate all tables from scratch on next startup. All data will be permanently lost.
Restart the bot, choose where bot logs are posted in Discord, and manage who can sign in here.
